It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.
In February 2015, Ryerson University’’s new Student Learning Centre (SLC) opened.  The SLC’’s debut reflected several years of planning on the part of Ryerson University Library and its partners.  This presentation looks at some of the highs, lows and lessons learned in the planning and post-occupancy  phases of the project.  This session will be of interest to libraries embarking on or in the midst of major building initiatives, especially those contemplating multi-stakeholder occupancy.
