Negin Zebarjad is a Senior Consultant at Nordicity, a consulting firm providing solutions for evaluation, strategy, economic analysis, and policy to clients in the culture sector and beyond. Negin has a keen interest in performance measurement as a means of capacity building for cultural institutions, and as a tool for enabling evidence-based, strategic decision-making as well as continuous program improvement. She is currently the Project Manager on a study of technology-based services at public libraries across Ontario, and the development of a suite of resources to support assessment of the need for and impact of such services.
