Arnprior is a small town just west of the nation’s capital. Its 9000 residents are served by a single branch which also provides access an additional 7500 people through a service contract. Karen DeLuca has been working at the Arnprior Public Library for 24 years, the last 8 as CEO. A degree in Communications, a dabbling in Engineering and some work history in radio news has led Karen to become a true jack of all trades in the library world.
