Jocelyn Gard has been working as the Administrative Assistant at the Cobourg Public Library since 2009. Along with the expected administrative duties, Jocelyn manages and maintains the library’s volunteer program, as well as much of the outreach and marketing initiatives.
Jocelyn is active in her community, stemming from her two-year tenure as the Managing Editor of GO! Magazine in Northumberland County. She continues to connect with her community through special events with the library, as well as volunteering with a number of organizations, including Golden Plough Lodge Care Facility, and the local hospital.
