Jennifer has worked in the library field for the past 30 years, 25 of them as a public library CEO. She has smoothed the sails of amalgamation, orchestrated a successful build program (with another on the way!), and revisioned her library’s organizational structure. Jennifer is the OPLA VP/President Elect for 2016-2017 and is on the Board of the Federation of Ontario Public Libraries.
