As Knowledge Services Lead at Navigator, Emmeline is the primary driver of the knowledge and information management strategy of the firm. Emmeline manages information services, resources, and practices while working directly with consultants to provide research support and information analysis.
As an experienced information professional, Emmeline started her career as a Research Librarian at the Toronto Star where she was responsible for providing on-point research in a deadline-driven environment. Emmeline then spent over two years working at Deloitte where she provided firm-wide research to clients across Canada.
Emmeline completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Toronto. She went on to earn her Masters of Information Studies from the same university and was elected Beta Phi Mu for academic achievement and leadership abilities.
Emmeline is a member of SLA and was active in the Toronto chapter for many years, serving on the board as both secretary and programming director.
