Elizabeth Glass is the Director of Policy, Planning and Performance Management at Toronto Public Library. Responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of the new strategic plan, establishing data and records management processes, policy development and developing and implementing corporate performance outcome and impact measurement and benchmarking activities. Research interests include demonstrating the impact of library services and the value of the library to residents, communities, and stakeholders.
