As Senior Content & Licensing Officer for the Canadian Research Knowledge Network (CRKN), Craig is responsible for administering the Content program including coordinating the negotiations process, on-going contracts management, and license maintenance support.
Craig performs staff support for the Content Strategy Committee and other committees and task groups, as well as oversees the frontline Member Services function. He joined the CRKN team in May 2011 as Member Services Officer, and moved to his current position in January 2013.
Craig is a graduate from the Master of Library and Information Studies (MLIS) program from the School of Information Management at Dalhousie University, and has previously worked at Saint Mary’s University.
