Description:

The public library is one of the first places that an entrepreneur will visit to find information about starting a business. What does your library have to offer? Learn how your library system can better support entrepreneurs and foster community economic development.

This session will cover: an introduction to entrepreneurs and their information needs; successful library program ideas for entrepreneurs; building community partnerships with entrepreneur-focused organizations; and examples of outreach to the entrepreneur community. Leave with a toolbox ready to make a big business of small business in your library!
