Description:

How do we, as managers help employees make a smooth transition into new roles? In this session, you will learn how Brampton Library helped employees to let go of how things used to be, and embrace and adapt to change as it happens. How can we move employees from a state of resistance to an informed state of acceptance? Recognizing passion for a particular area within your team will help to channel positive energy towards the successful completion of projects. Once you recognize this passion, how do you then equip your employees with the tools that they will need to be successful? Let’s discuss!

Outcomes:
– Team Dynamics: Love the ones you’re with
– Training: You can’t teach an old dog new tricks, but you can teach a librarian to solder
– Open Communication: Be a straight-shooter, they’ll appreciate it!
