Victoria Owen is the Chief Librarian at the University of Toronto Scarborough, and is a member of the CLA Copyright Advisory Committee and the OLA Copyright Users Committee. Victoria is Chair of the IFLA Committee on Copyright and other Legal Matters (CLM), and has been extensively involved in IFLA’s activities at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) since 2008.
