Susan Debenham is the Senior Collections Specialist for French and Multilingual Materials for the Toronto Public Library. Susan is responsible for coordinating the selection of multilingual materials for approximately 40 languages, developing and monitoring budgets, answering customer queries, and liaising with vendors. She works closely with selectors, training and advising them on the content of multilingual materials, including eContent. Susan is a member of the French Services Committee and the Multilingual Services Committee which has overall responsibility for planning & implementation of initiatives for multicultural services in the Toronto Public Library.
