With a public library career of more than 30 years, Sharon Yates has held leadership positions in service delivery, new branch building, childrens services, collection development, and senior management. She is currently the Director of Service Development in the large and diverse Brampton community where she has re-imagined the development model, building community-focused outcome-based goals to guide Children & Youth Services, Diversity & Adult Services, Collections, Marketing & Communications.
