Sara Furnival is a Teacher Librarian at an elementary school library in Guelph, Ontario. She has been teaching for over 10 years. At school, she spends her days celebrating reading with children, collaborating with teachers, tinkering, exploring and creating with diverse materials and technologies. Her current professional studies include how to interweave concepts from the maker movement and the Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education into school library programming.
