Sandra Poczobut is the Manager of Programming and Community Development for Elgin County Library – a system of 10 rural branches. She holds a Masters of Education and brings to her role over a decade of experience as an educator and consultant working nationally and internationally with a focus on design thinking, design, education, technology and visual art.
