A public services librarian, Pauline Dewan has published articles about reading for pleasure and books about childrens literature. Her article, Reading Matters in the Academic Library: Taking the Lead from Public Librarians in Reference & User Services Quarterly, won the 2015 RUSA Reference Service Press Award.
