Natalia holds the position of librarian at the Rouge Valley Health System in Toronto. She received her doctorate in Linguistics from the Moscow State University in Russia and Master in Library and Information Science from the University of Western Ontario. Her professional experience includes service in libraries and non-profit organizations, teaching in post-secondary institutions and scholarly research in various fields of the humanities and social sciences. Currently she is exploring the potential of bibliotherapy in patient education and consumer health.
