IPL’s Ninja Manager – Megan has been the Branch Manager for 4 locations in the last 4 yrs – all because her sheer awesomeness has needed to permeate through the entire system. Librarianship was Megan’s second career choice after working as a social worker with teens and families in the mental health field. A strong proponent of collaborative learning and building skills alongside others, Megan never imagined her job would allow her to learn about laser cutting, green screen photography, or circuitry – but is very glad it has!
