Maria has worked in archives and public libraries for over 10 years. As a Branch Librarian at Milton Public Library, she enjoys all of the aspects of her role including running programs, training staff, and building relationships in the community. Maria has been an active member of the Forest of Reading committees for the last 4 years, including Red Maple and Silver Birch.
Outside of her work, Maria is an avid traveller and loves to explore new places through hiking. She has also competed in numerous running and triathlon races including the 2010 Boston marathon and in Ironman, Lake Placid.
