Lisa Gayhart joined the University of Toronto Libraries in 2013. Lisa has established herself as a subject matter expert in the application of user experience design principles to academic library services. In her previous postion as the Digital Communications Services Librarian, Lisa’s knowledge in the areas of usability, web design, accessibility, and assessment made her a valuable team asset on a wide range of digital projects. Recently Lisa has been working as part of a group of public service managers to investigate user services in Robarts Library, University of Toronto Libraries.
