Janine West is the Library Director of the Eleanor London Côte-Saint-Luc Public Library on the island of Montreal and has held that post since 2011. She has 33 years of library experience, of which 25 of those years have been at the supervisory and decision making level and is a past-president of the Quebec Library Association.
