Heather earned a B.Ed. and an M.L.I.S. from Western and has worked in both academic and public libraries. She has a special interest in library collections and CollectionHQ software. Prior to becoming Manager, Information Services at the Region of Waterloo Library, Heather served as RWL’s Coordinator, Library Collections and, in this role, led the implementation of floating collections.
