Erin is a public librarian with Haliburton County Public Library with an academic background in the sciences, and a professional background in a variety of community service roles. She is the host of Haliburton County Reads on 100.9 CANOE FM, and the author of a popular but obscure book on the history of her hometown of Minden, Ontario. She lives in a log house in the woods with her husband and cat.
