Emily graduated from the Library and Information Technician program at Algonquin College in 2011 and worked for the Ottawa Public Library and the Upper Canada District School Board before settling into her current position as the CEO of the Edwardsburgh Cardinal Public Library. Emily originally went to school to become a veterinarian, then thought better of it. She now lives in the country with her dog, Skype, and has only a 5 minute, traffic-less commute to work. Emily enjoys drinking copious amounts of tea and reading Mo Willems books to anyone who will listen: children, family, her friends, the mailman.
