Ellen Stroud is the Director of Service Design & Delivery for the Oshawa Public Libraries. She has over 30 years of library experience with OPL, Richmond Hill Public Library and the CNIB Library for the Blind. Ellen has spearheaded projects with community partners resulting in recognition and awards for OPL, including the W.K. Lamb Award for Seniors from the Canadian Library Association, the OPLA Advocacy in Action Award, and the Durham Region Art in Transition Award. Ellen is Past President of the Alzheimers Society of Durham Region, and was recognized with last years Founders Award for her volunteer work with this organization.
