Colleen Burgess is a Research and Instructional Services Librarian at The D.B Weldon Library at the University of Western Ontario. Colleen serves as a board member for the Canadian Association of Professional Academic Librarians (CAPAL), is a book reviewer for the OLA Book Store, and has research interests in information literacy education. She is delighted to be collaborating with Gordana Vitez of Niagara College Libraries on their current research into the gaps in IL education at secondary and post-secondary institutions.
