This session will feature the Bookmobile Outreach to Shelters initiative as an alternate way for Toronto Public Library to reach out to underserved groups by reducing the barriers to service and promoting literacy and library programs and services to a vulnerable population. Presentation will highlight the project design, how we collaborated with shelters, the statistics, how the initative was evaluated, and the feedback received from all participants.
