The Core Competencies for 21 st Century CARL Librarians statement was investigated to learn whether librarians were using the statement and if yes, how it was being used. The statement was also viewed through the lens of neoliberal ideology to discover whether that ideology was present. This session offer an opportunity to share and have a conversation about who we wish to be as professionals. What is most important to you as a professional? Bring your answer to this session.
