The Federation of Ontario Public Libraries commissioned an analysis of public library performance from 2001-2013 using the recently released open data in 2015. Come hear the trends, insights, conclusions and recommendations. We are proposing a new index to compare the modern library – combining digital and in person use as well as programs to test in the coming years as a strategic planning and management tool.
