Description:

Looking for fresh ways to market your services? Book marks and email blasts are always fun, but face-to-face encounters make lasting ties. This session will highlight practical tips for getting information professionals out of their chairs and face to face with their users. We will touch on topics such as reassessing and revamping your training methods for greater engagement and relevance, tips for dynamic one-to-one training, and tricks for building lasting relationships. If you are not constantly and consistently reinforcing the use and value of your services, you are doing a disservice to your users and yourself. (This session would be a moderated panel discussion).
