This hands-on session will engage participants in a preview of and discussion about a document created by the TDSB Library Learning Resources department in collaboration with school teacher-librarians. All participants will receive a copy of this guide for student inquiry that includes the sections: Foundations, Getting Started, Assessment, Implementation. A bibliography of professional texts referenced in the guide will be included and reviewed as well, to support your school library learning commons instruction design.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will gain a framework for student-inquiry, engage in professional dialogue about instructional design and receive this guide for implementation of student inquiry.
