A panel of librarians: 2 new to the field, 2 mid-career, 2 nearing the end of their career are asked to share their thoughts on the profession, the culture of public librarianship and on the future of public libraries. This would be a follow up to previous panels of new librarians and could shape the beginning of a sharing of perspectives between the generations.

Participants will have a deeper appreciation of the perspective of librarians at different stages of their career.
