Description:

Building on last year’s highly successful Coaching Conversations session, this year’s program will delve into more detail about question formation and the value it can bring to your leadership style. Embedded in an “ Executive Coach Approach”, the right question posed at the right time during a conversation can help you as a leader learn how to improve communication within all levels of your organization. Asking the right question can empower the employee to seek their own solutions and define the process that will lead to their success.  Practical and easily adopted, this session should not be missed by anyone who wants to leverage positive, successful conversations to advance their libraries and careers.

Learning Outcomes

  • Recognize how leaders can refine their leadership style through skillful question formation.
  • Learn how asking the right question can get the right answer.
  • Apply the concepts used in an Executive Coach Approach to highlight how to form and deliver powerful, impactful questions.
