The annual OLA Super Conference is attended by over 4500 delegates – this means that our volunteers are vital to the existence and success of the conference. Student volunteers, who must be studying in a library-specific program, are the backbone of the Super Conference. They come prepared for anything – ranging from directional duties to Makerspace assistance, crafting to videography – and in exchange, they get an opportunity to network and gain hands-on conference experience.
