Siobhan McCarthy is a Reference Librarian in Harry A. Sprague Library at Montclair State University. Her areas of responsibility include reference, interlibrary loan, information literacy instruction, and serving as liaison to several departments and other campus units. Her interests include information literacy, open access, open source software, emerging technologies, and sustainability. She is chair of the New Jersey Chapter of the Association of College & Research Libraries Technology Committee, and has a B.S. in Evolutionary Anthropology and M.L.I.S. from Rutgers University.
