Nancy-Anne started working for TPL at the tender age of 14 and just… never left. Since graduating from the University of Toronto in 2009 with a MA in Information Studies, she has worked as a librarian in adult and youth services and particularly enjoys bringing creative, engaging, and slightly offbeat programming to library customers, especially those that challenge them to rethink and reconsider the skills and experiences they can have at their local library branch.
