at Sheridan College in Oakville, ON. He is now a designer, illustrator and creative

He hopes his books will help to raise awareness about both native land issues and
the importance of protecting our fragile environment. Michael is the award-winning illustrator of Spirit Bear and ABC: Animal Babies of Canada.
