Lisa Shamchuk is the Diploma Services Librarian at MacEwan University Library, where she provides targeted services to a number of diploma and certificate programs. She is also an instructor for the Library and Information Technology program at MacEwan University. Her research interests include the effective facilitation of professional development, and the interrelationship of library professionals.
