Leeanne is the Head of Learner Support and Engagement Services at the University of Calgary. She holds an MLIS from the University of Alberta and an BA from the University of Calgary. Her professional interests include internal and external outreach and engagement as well as working to build better learning supports for all students at the University of Calgary.
