Kristin is an Associate Librarian in Research & Instructional Services at the University of Western Ontario. Her professional interests include scholarly communication, Her research interests include academic librarians’ professional identity and the role of librarians as practitioner-researchers. She has been a peer mentor with the Librarians’ Research Institute and is one of the editors of the Canadian Journal of Academic Librarianship.
