Kathryn Schoutsen has done it all at Innisfil ideaLAB & Library, from storytime to managing the local history project to hacking in the lab – and the unifying factor in Kathryn’s ever-changing roles has been building relationships in the community. Her role as Community Engagement Coordinator for the Library and the Town of Innisfil lets Kathryn build partnerships and relationships to ensure that we are providing the best service possible while growing an engaged and smart citizenry. She is tackling her new role with one key tenet in mind: ask not what you can do for your library, but what can your library do for you.
