Julie Ross has worked for the Barrie Public Library for 26 years, gaining experience in all areas of library service. She has held the role of Manager of Human Resources for four years and is responsible for managing HR services, policies and programs at Barrie Public Library. She ensures that the Library makes optimum use of its staffing resources, and that best practices in HR are developed and implemented. Julie has a Bachelors degree in Psychology, and a passion for volunteers and volunteer management as a result of overseeing the volunteer program at BPL for eleven years.
