Julie Kalbfleisch has worked in the communications field for over 20 years. Prior to becoming the Manager, Information & Communications at Region of Waterloo, Public Health & Emergency Services, Julie spent 15+ years working in Marketing and Recruitment at the University of Waterloo focusing on recruitment initiatives geared towards high school students. It was in this role that Julie was able to hone her strategic communications skills. Now in her third year at Public Health, Julie is focused on looking for new and strategic ways to get out key Public Health messages to the community.
