Jennifer Seper has been a librarian with Vancouver Island Regional Library for 4 years. She believes in the transformative power of libraries in communities and loves to bring the library to people who can’t come to it. Her current outreach focus is improving reading opportunities in correctional facilities and senior’s homes.
