Erika Steffer began her career as an information professional in public, academic and largely special libraries, including the Bank of Montreal, the Library of Parliament, the Federal Court and the International Development Research Centre. After devoting several years to technical writing and editing through Clear Language and Design Associates, she transitioned into recruitment. She now specializes in executive search with Egon Zehnder, a global leadership services firm with 69 offices in 41 countries.
