Christine is an Emerging Technology Programmer at Waterloo Public Library, and a Director at Kwartzlab Makerspace in Kitchener. As a maker, she has experience wood working, welding, knitting, machining metal, sewing, soldering, 3D printing, and laser cutting. As a librarian she has facilitated storytimes, run STEAM oriented workshops, planned and delivered tech training for library staff, consulted on technology purchases, and earned her masters from the iSchool at the University of Toronto. Only 3 of these things required the use of a hammer.
