Chanda Gilpin earned her MLIS at the University of Western Ontario. She started her career at Brampton Library, moving to Wellington County Library 5 years ago to take on the role of Assistant Chief Librarian. In addition to Move the Needle, her recent projects have included the expansion of the library’s technological offerings, in particular the launch of circulating mobile Hotspots.
