Carol Stephenson provides electronic resources licensing and negotiation services to the Ontario Council of University Libraries (OCUL) and the Council of Prairie and Pacific Libraries (COPPUL). Over the past 28 years as an academic librarian, Carol has been engaged in issues affecting scholarly communication from roles at the university, provincial, and national level and from participation on publisher advisory boards.
