Beata Pawlowska is currently the Director of Programs, Projects & Partnerships, at Centre for Faculty Development (Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto and St Michael’s Hospital).
Beata holds a doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master’s degree in Business and Education. Concurrent to completing her PhD program, Beata held posts as an Adjunct Professor (Docent) at Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) and as an associate researcher and educator at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management in Munich, Germany. Subsequently, she joined the Michener Institute of Education at The University Health Network in Toronto where she partnered with academic and healthcare leaders to ensure the highest quality of patient care and safety through excellence in design research, education and simulation. Beata is a recipient of numerous awards of excellence and has been recognized as a highly skilled thought leader and agent of change. Her scholarly interests are in the areas of leadership, faculty development, collective competence and change management.
