Anne Pottier is the Associate University Librarian for Library Services at McMaster University and the current Chair of the McMaster Accessibility Council, a group of senior officers who are responsible for ensuring the University’s adherence to AODA. She was the chair of OCUL’s Report on Accessible Media committee which resulted in a comprehensive report on video captioning practices across Ontario libraries. Anne has been involved in various aspects of work related to accessibility at the university since she was first responsible for Library Accessibility Services when she joined McMaster 35 years ago.
